1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following business day.

For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the EU, all applicable import taxes and duties are included in our standard checkout price. No surprise charges upon delivery.
